Microgreen Varieties
Brassica Blend
A mild, slightly peppery mix combining broccoli, kale, cabbage, and other brassicas. Fresh, crisp, and lightly cabbage-like with a clean green finish.
Rich in vitamins A, C, E, and K, plus folate and fiber. Brassicas contain sulforaphane, a powerful compound studied for its antioxidant and detoxifying effects. Regular consumption supports immune function, cardiovascular health, healthy digestion, and the body’s natural defenses against cellular stress.
Broccoli
Fresh and mildly peppery with a clean, slightly cabbage-like taste. Crisp texture with a hint of sweetness that mellows the bite.
Loaded with vitamins A, C, and K, plus calcium, iron, and fiber. Broccoli microgreens are especially high in sulforaphane—up to 40 times more than mature broccoli. This compound is linked to reduced inflammation, stronger immunity, heart health, and protection against cellular damage.
Buckwheat
Mild, slightly tangy, and lemony with a tender, juicy crunch. Refreshing and clean, with no bitterness, and adds a fresh lift to any dish.
A complete plant protein containing all nine essential amino acids. High in rutin, a flavonoid that strengthens blood vessels and supports circulation. Also rich in magnesium, manganese, and antioxidants. Buckwheat microgreens promote heart health, healthy blood sugar levels, and reduced inflammation throughout the body.
Cabbage, Red Acre
Mild and sweet with a gentle cabbage taste and beautiful purple-red stems. Crisp, tender, and pleasantly crunchy with a touch of color.
Packed with vitamins C, K, and E, plus folate and anthocyanins—the pigments that give the red color. Anthocyanins are powerful antioxidants linked to brain health, lower inflammation, and heart support. Red cabbage microgreens also aid digestion and contribute to strong bones and a healthy immune system.
Kale, Red Russian
Mild, slightly sweet, and earthy with tender purple-tinged stems and frilly green leaves. Less bitter than mature kale and easy to enjoy.
Excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, along with calcium, iron, and lutein. Lutein supports eye health, while kale’s antioxidants help fight inflammation. Regular consumption supports strong bones, healthy skin, immune function, and may help protect against chronic diseases linked to oxidative stress.
Micro Arugula
Bold, peppery, and slightly nutty with a sharp, zesty bite. Adds a flavorful kick that wakes up salads, sandwiches, and pizzas.
High in vitamins A, C, and K, plus calcium, folate, and glucosinolates—compounds studied for their anti-cancer properties. Arugula microgreens support bone health, eye health, and detoxification. Their natural nitrates also promote healthy blood pressure and improved circulation, making them a heart-friendly choice.
Micro Cantaloupe
Surprisingly sweet with a fresh, melon-like aroma and crisp, juicy stems. Mild and refreshing—a unique treat unlike any other microgreen.
Rich in vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, and potassium. The antioxidants in cantaloupe microgreens support skin health, eye health, and immune function. Beta-carotene converts to vitamin A in the body, helping with vision and cellular repair. A flavorful way to add hydration-supporting nutrients to your meals.
Pea Shoots
Sweet and fresh with a tender crunch and the unmistakable taste of garden peas. Light, juicy, and gently grassy with a clean finish.
Excellent source of vitamins A, C, and folate, plus plant-based protein and fiber. Pea shoots contain antioxidants like carotenoids and phenolic compounds that support heart health, healthy vision, and immune function. Their folate content makes them especially valuable for cell growth and tissue repair.
Radish, Rambo
Spicy and peppery with a sharp, mustardy kick. Purple stems with a mix of purple and green leaves bring bold color and flavor.
High in vitamins C, E, and K, plus folate and sulfur compounds called isothiocyanates. These compounds support liver detoxification and have been studied for cancer-fighting properties. Radish microgreens also promote healthy digestion, clear skin, and a strong immune system, all in a small, flavor-packed bite.
Spicy Salad Mix
A lively blend of broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, arugula, red cabbage, and mustard microgreens with peppery, mustardy notes and a complex, layered taste.
A nutrient-dense blend of brassicas (broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, red cabbage, mustard) plus arugula. Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, antioxidants, and sulfur compounds like sulforaphane and glucosinolates. Together they support immune function, digestion, heart health, and the body’s natural detox pathways while offering bold, complex flavor in every bite.
Sunflower Shoots
Nutty, mildly sweet, and exceptionally crunchy. Thick, juicy stems with a satisfying texture similar to fresh nuts or seeds.
A complete protein containing all essential amino acids, plus vitamins A, B-complex, D, and E. High in healthy fats, magnesium, and zinc. Sunflower shoots support heart health, muscle recovery, and nervous system function. Their healthy fats and antioxidants also promote glowing skin and balanced energy levels.
Wheatgrass
Bright, grassy, and slightly sweet with an earthy finish. Best juiced or blended rather than eaten whole due to its fibrous texture.
Famously rich in chlorophyll, often called “liquid sunshine.” Contains vitamins A, C, E, and K, plus iron, magnesium, and 17 amino acids. Wheatgrass supports detoxification, healthy blood, and immune function. Its antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, while chlorophyll may support healthy digestion and energy.
